M16 incubator model equip with adjustable egg tray, chicken/ duck/ goose/ pigeon/ parrot etc all available. When do hatching, we can adjust the distance between two dividers according the size of fertilized eggs.
It is able to control temperature and display it accurately. Simple control panel make operate easily without any pressure.
Incubator equipped with one fan in the middle of cover.It is able to distribute the temperature and humidity evenly to the fertilized eggs.And turbo fan is with low noisy,even babay are ok to sleep by the side of incubator.
This design is able to turn eggs every 2 hours softly and gently.
During hatching period, compared with other competitors,our tester light is stronger to observe the hatching process super clearly.
How to control the quality?
After incubator assembled,we will put all the machine onto aging testing area for aging testing to assure the quality. We test all the functions like heater/fan/motor and so on.
During testing,our inspector will come to the station to check if all going well or not,if any defective units,will pick out and update,then arrange another 2 hour testing.
