FCC-SDOC | The manufacturer or importer ensures that their products are tested in a laboratory in accordance with regulatory requirements as necessary to ensure compliance with the relevant technical standards and retains the test reports, and the FCC reserves the right to require the manufacturer to submit samples of the equipment or test data for the product. FCC-ID | After the product has been tested by an FCC authorised laboratory and a test report has been obtained, the technical data of the product, including detailed photos, circuit diagrams, schematic diagrams, manuals, etc., are compiled and sent together with the test report to the TCB, the FCC’s accredited certification body, for review and approval, and the TCB confirms that all information is correct before issuing the certificate and authorising the applicant to use the FCC ID.For customers applying for FCC certification for the first time, they must first apply to the FCC for a GRANTEE CODE (company number). Once the product has been tested and certified, the FCC ID is marked on the product. |
