In order to meet customers’ purchasing needs, we launched a poultry hatching supporting product this week – poultry plucker.
The poultry plucker is a machine used for automatic depilation of chickens, ducks, geese and other poultry after slaughter. It is clean, fast, efficient and convenient, and many other advantages, which make people free from the tiring and tedious depilation work.
Features:
Made of stainless steel, fast, safe, hygienic, labour-saving and durable. It is used for removing the feathers of all kinds of poultry, and compared with the traditional similar products, it can be used for duck. Goose and other poultry with more subcutaneous fat feathers have special dehairing effect.
Speed:
In general, three chickens and ducks can be processed at 1-2 kg per minute, and 180-200 poultry can be deveined with 1 degree of electricity, which is more than ten times faster than the manual plucking.
Operating procedures:
1. After unpacking, check all parts first. If the screws are loose during transportation, they must be re-reinforced. Turn the chassis by hand to see if it is flexible, otherwise adjust the rotating belt.
2. After determining the location of the machine, install a knife switch or a pull switch on the wall beside the machine.
3. When slaughtering poultry, the wound should be as small as possible. After slaughtering, soak the poultry in warm water at about 30 degrees (put some salt in the warm water to avoid skin damage during hair removal).
4. Put the soaked poultry in hot water of about 75 degrees, and stir it with a wooden stick to make the whole body scald evenly.
5. Put the scalded poultry into the machine, and put 1-5 pcs at a time.
6. Turn on the switch, start the machine, heat the water on the poultry while it is running, the feathers and dirt that have been shed will come out together with the water flow, the water can be recycled, and the feathers will be wiped off in one minute, and the dirt on the whole body will be removed.
